Registration fees
- Regular participants : USD 300 / 300 Euro
The registration fee includes access to all conference sessions, materials, supplies (badge, notepad-pens…), coffee-tea breaks, one restaurant ticket per day, airport transfer, excursion, and gala dinner.
- Accompanist : USD 90 / 90 Euro.
The registration fee covers the airport transfer, an excursion, and a gala dinner.
Note that, conference registration fees do not include the accommodation.
The overall costs of registration and accommodation in a hotel opposite the conference hotel are in the accommodation section.
Payment terms
- After online registration, participants will be contacted by email with confirmation regarding their poster or oral presentation abstracts. They will also be provided payment details.
- Please refer to the IMPORTANT DATES section of the conference website for abstract submission and registration deadlines.
- Once you registered for the 8th AIC, your payment (cash only) for the conference will be made upon arrival in Tunis, Tunisia. There will be a dedicated desk for this purpose only upon check-in your hotel or during the first day of the conference.
